I have to say, ordering wristbands from Reminderband was a fantastic experience!! The first order I had was for 25 large wristbands. I wanted wristbands with engraved writing. I read the reviews and thought I would give them a try. I was very pleased with the clear letters and symbols and I loved the color. They were a bit larger around the wrist than I thought they would be. I ended up ordering another 25 medium bands so I could give them to friends with a smaller wrist. The medium size was a better fit for me. Several bands were cut uneven and some pieces of the inner part of the band were torn off. I contacted the seller to request a return/refund. They were amazingly quick to respond and after reviewing some of the pics I sent to them they stated that the quality of those bands was not acceptable for them either. They immediately offered to replace those bands.The customer service was amazing! They clearly undersood the importance of providing excellent product satisfaction. It was by far the best experience I have had with an online seller. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for quality product as well as fantastic cusomer service! :) :)
