I like this bracelet for the amount of information I can get on it. Getting it in black to match my Fitbit, it does not stand out, which is great for me. The problem I have is with the band. Although it is easy to adjust for length it is very difficult for me to latch with one hand. I am going to look for another band. Durability I cannot answer because I have only had it for about a week.Update 7/22/22: Because the latch did not work very well for me I lost this ID twice. Once it was found and turned in by someone. This time it has been missing for a week. On the plus side, as I pointed out above a lot of info can be put on it. I have not found a replacement with both side capability without this type of band. I am considering purchasing another, but I will buy a different type of band. I will not reduce my rating on this as I really like the ID part and it is reasonable enough price that I can purchase a different band.Update 9/8/22: I purchased another different ID bracelet from VNOX. I am very pleased with the band on it. ID part has all the same great capabilities. I've had it and worn it all the time since August 7, it has never came unclasped unless I wanted it to. It's at Amazon at this link: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07DZXR5K4?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1See my rating on it. The only way I'm going to have to buy another of this is if I need different information etched on it. Excellent item.Gold Bracelet is very nice, you will love it - but - before you attempt to adjust it, take a deep breath and a blood pressure pill. But I'll help you here. There is a plastic covering on the bracelet and they don't tell you, but you must strip that plastic off the area you need to slide the clasp to in order to make it smaller. It won't move until you remove that - took me forever to figure that out. Once that is off, the clasp slides easily - you do have to "open" to locking part first alsoI also purchased the blue band one - now that one is harder to adjust. You have to get the band off of the clasp by pushing in the pin ends. I've done this watches a lot but this one is hard to do. When you go to put the band back into the clasp, I had to cut a corner off of one side - just a little so the fat band would fit into area it needed to go and once that was snipped off, it went back on easily.Bands are very nice thoughThe stainless steel silver mesh is comfortable and attractive. The writing doesn't stand it as much as I might like so here's what I didI created a viable Google spreadsheet with ALL the information I could think of. Medications, conditions, post surgeries, etc. I can easily update it any time.I created a short link address to it and that is on the underside of the bracelet, where it won't get scuffed up.Front side has "DNR".Medical can locate the updated spreadsheet with Internet access. That way I'm not limited to the size of the bracelet. This bracelet is comfortable enough to keep on all the time, and it looks nice. If you have text on the underside, be careful about pinching the clasp. I had to get the closure seated just right and staying in place. Great product.I understand that the writing is tiny, specially when you have a list of things to put on it. Otherwise there was a user error for about a month in the way it clasped shut. Finally one day it flew off my wrist, and i almost lost it. I was ready to return it out of frustration for I couldn't keep the clasp shut when i took a closer look, (need glasses) and saw I had the part resting in the wrong sopt. Now it stays put, and i haven't had that issue. Only other thing I'd like to know is, is it water proof? I have the rose gold. Its beautiful!!When I was added to the liver transplant list, I was told it would be a good idea to have a medical alert bracelet. I wanted to get something that I could wear at work that didn't scream, "LOOKIE HERE! I'M A SICK PERSON!" but that could easily be spotted in an emergency. This looks great on, fits well and has all the information that an EMT would need to know. Plenty of room for In Case of Emergency number and even for putting which hospital I need to be transported to if I am found unconscious. It took a bit of time to arrive, but this is worth the wait.I was surprised that this bracelet is as comfortable as it is. When I first got it it took a little trial and error to figure out how to Tighten it but once I figured out it was super easy to do. I am able to take it on and off easily or leave it on and I forget I’m wearing it! I think this is very well-made, and the inscription that I chose on the front and back are perfect and just what I asked for. It's nice. My fault for not looking at a ruler.Like print on both sides, easy readGood quality bracelet, stylish in black; same type of silicone as several of the better watchbands that I own. As others have said, sizing is too large. When I cut some of the rubber band off, I over estimated and removed too much, so item unusable. Better to have small, med., lge. sizes available, with corresponding wrist sizing.Got this for my Dad, band is very soft rubber with pins like a watchband. I had to cut it to fit him, but it took very little time to make those changes.I am not crazy about how it clasps, but it’ll do the trick.due to COVID there was a delay in shipping. But when received , nicely made and very comfortable. seller was very helpful .Fit well. Does not fall off at night or in almost any situation. Worth it compared to the metal ones that get stuck up the arm when sleepingI am amazed that this medical alert bracelet is as inexpensive as it is. The only flaw that keep it from a 5/5 is the final safety clapse opens on its own once in a while.
